M. Teresa Lluch, Dra. Montse Puig, Dr. Antoni Moreno, Dr. Zaida Ag\u00fcera and Dr. Sara Sanchez, participated in this event leading the workshop entitled: &#8220;Positive mental health and self-care: cuanto m\u00e1s me cuido, m\u00e1s bien me siento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology used was experiential. contact with activities that improve Mental Health; provide tools to improve personal self-care; publicize the Decalogue of Positive Mental Health; share experiences among the participants; facilitate the personal introspection of the participants;
