In the XVLIII National Congress of the Spanish Society of Intensive Care Nursing and Coronary Units (SEEIUC)
simulation-based teaching was provided. On June 4, the face-to-face session of the expert course Instructor in simulation: improving teamwork through TeamSTEPPS® was held, led by Dr. Marta Raurell both at the university and clinical level, the latter through on-site simulation.
On June 5 and 6, two workshops aimed at critical care nurses were given, in which some teamwork tools from the TeamSTEPPS® program were shown, using low and high fidelity simulation.
30 nurses participated in each workshop.
